Differences in profiles

Raw materials: Regular plastic steel profiles for windows are made of PVC, but many companies choose recycled plastics and waste plastic steel windows as raw materials; after the production of such profiles, it is difficult to see the difference from the appearance; but after a period of use, problems such as discoloration, deformation, and cracking will occur.

Whether the formula is scientific: In addition to PVC, plastic steel profiles also add calcium powder, stabilizers, ultraviolet absorbers, etc.; calcium powder is cheap and can also increase the hardness of the product, but too much calcium powder will make the profile fragile; in order to save costs, some companies will add a large amount of calcium powder to enhance the hardness and thickness of the product; the quality of products produced by this unreasonable formula is difficult to meet the standards.

Whether the wall thickness meets the standard: Wall thickness refers to the visible and non-visible surfaces of the profile; the national standard stipulates that the visible surface wall thickness of plastic steel profiles for windows must reach 2.5mm, and the non-visible surface wall thickness must reach 2.2mm. If the wall thickness does not meet the standard, once a fire occurs, the consequences will be disastrous.
