Two color coextrusion process of LY UPVC profile

Two color coextrusion process is a common dyeing process in ly plastic steel profiles.

Two color coextrusion profiles mainly include PVC and ASA plastics and PMMA (organic glass) coextrusion. ASA plastic has weather resistance, long-term use, color stability, and good compatibility with PC / PVC. PVC and ASA coextrusion have the excellent characteristics of ASA with PVC profiles, which overcomes the shortcomings of poor weather resistance and color stability of previous color profiles. The price of ASA coextrusion is roughly the same as that of color profiles, so it is the mainstream of the development of color profiles in the near future. PMMA profile has a long history than ASA. Through decades of outdoor use tests, it has proved its excellent performance of high weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high surface hardness. However, it also has some disadvantages, that is, its affinity with PVC is far lower than ASA. Deformation or cold and thermal expansion of PVC substrate will cause cracking and peeling of PMM co extrusion layer.

The ly profile adopts the ASA technology and the most advanced technology, so that the multi-color materials of ly can not change color for decades, and the technology is skilled. Moreover, the products using the ASA technology are more resistant to aging, have a long life, and are not easy to be corroded by the wall.
