Thermal transfer is to use a transparent plastic film as a carrier, first print the color and pattern on the film, and then press and heat the color and pattern on the film to transfer to the profile. The surface of the heat transfer printed profile is no longer coated with paint, and the surface is very thin, like a layer of skin, which will leave scratches and is not wear-resistant and light resistant. PVC thermal transfer printing first prints the wood grain color and then prints the base color. On the contrary, aluminum alloy first paints the base color at high temperature and then uses thermal transfer printing to print the wood grain color. The price is very expensive. In Italy, some large factories use thermal transfer printing method to make color profiles. After testing, some are good and some are bad, but overall, it is not as good as coating. In Italy, the testing standard is very low, and the best thermal transfer printing of aluminum profiles can only reach grade 1.5 of the gray standard (our film can reach grade 4)
Ly profiles have a variety of coloring technologies to meet the different needs of customers.
