Installation and operation of plastic steel window

1. Subsidize the protective film → align the center line on the frame → install the fixing piece → align the center line in the hole → adjust and temporarily fix the frame into the hole → connect with the wall → fill the elastic material → clean and caulk the opening surface → install the fan and glass hardware → clean and tear off the protective film.
2. Installation of fixing plate: the fixing plate shall be galvanized steel plate with thickness greater than or equal to 1.5mm and width greater than or equal to 15mm. Diameter shall be used for installation φ Drill with a 3.2mm drill bit, and then screw in the cross recessed pan head self tapping screw m4x20mm. It is not allowed to hammer directly. The bottom of the fixing piece shall be at least 150-200mm away from the window corner, middle mullion and middle transom. The distance between the fixing pieces shall be less than or equal to 600mm. The fixing pieces shall not be directly installed on the joints of transom or transom.
3. Temporary fixation: when the window frame is installed into the opening, the center line of its upper and lower frames shall be aligned with the center line of the opening. Then temporarily fix the window frame with wooden wedges, and adjust the verticality, levelness and squareness of the window frame.
4. Fixed connection with the wall: the upper and lower frames shall be fixed first and then the frame shall be fixed in a symmetrical order. The specific requirements are as follows:
1) Concrete frames (buildings 1, 2 and 5 # and brick wall frames (buildings 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 #) are reinforced with plastic expansion screws.
2) The position of the plastic expansion screw is the same as that of the fixing piece in Article 5.2.
3) After the window frame is fixed, a white plastic cover shall be covered at the bolt hole inside the window frame, and a white sealant shall be applied on the surrounding drawing of the plastic cover to prevent rainwater from entering the window frame and corroding the steel lining.
5. Caulking: the inner cavity of the expansion joint between the door and window frame and the opening shall be filled with closed cell foamed plastic or expanded polystyrene elastic material in layers. The inner and outer sides of the opening and the door and window frames shall be plastered with cement mortar. On the side close to the hinge, the thickness of the mortar pressing the door and window frame shall be limited to the opening of the door and window frame. After the plastering is hardened, the outside shall be sealed with sealant.
6. If the door and window frames are stuck with cement mortar, wipe them with a wet rag before hardening. It is not allowed to scrape the surface of the door and window frames with hard materials.
7. Door and window leaves and hardware accessories shall be installed after the cement mortar is hardened. During installation, holes shall be drilled with an electric drill and then screwed in with self tapping screws. It is prohibited to knock with a hammer or hard object to prevent damage to the frame material.
